What is your hourly rate?

Fees range from type and complexity of project.  Please contact us for rates on your projects. 

 

Are there material cost?

Estimates of materials are based on current prices and will be adjusted at the time of purchase. You may supply all or some of the materials yourself, discuss this with the estimator at the time of scheduling. 

 

Do you have a minimum time commitment?

Yes, we do require a two hour minimum per visit.

 

When is payment required?

Payment is due at completion of services at the job site.  If the project takes longer than 3 days, we do require a deposit every third day, with the final balance due at the completion of the project.  We will require a deposit up front if we need to supply a lot of materials.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept Cash, Checks, Debit, and all major credit cards. Please note: a 3.5% transaction fee will be assessed on debit/credit transactions.

 

Are there any disposal fees?

We will dispose of your debris based on the following rates. $15 for standard garbage can up to 25lbs.  Larger disposal will depend upon the cost associated with the transfer station.

 

What are your hours of operation?

7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.  Saturday is available for a higher fee.  Please contact the office for after-hour and weekend rates.
